My very first tutorial. Scrambled eggs. All you need is some toilet paper, water and a bit of paint.
Take a few squares of toilet paper and rip into small pieces (1/2 inch square or so) and place in a small container of your choice. Add a few drops of water and a few drops of yellow paint. I used yellow craft paint.Using a toothpick mix it all around til it's evenly mixed. It will be sort of lumpy....thats good.
Remove from the dish with the toothpick and plop onto the plate of your choice. Here I have used a wooden button. They make perfect plates and were so cheap for a bag of 100. The holes will be covered in the finished piece.
Here is the finished plate with a piece of toast and fruit for garnish.
And here is the cottage cheese. I need to figure out how to make it smoother so it can be mashed potatoes. This plate needs some fruit to go with it.
Welcome to my Blog.
My name is Carol Graham and I've been making 1/12" miniatures since I was a kid, long before I had any free cash to spend. I started this blog to dispel fears that this hobby needs to be expensive. It doesn't and I'll try to demonstrate that through my tutorials.
